Camera and lighting for a fashion film about a late-night text and a very sudden change of plans.
About the project
A guy is heading home from a party when a girl he’s into texts him to come over. He hurries through the streets to see her, looking much more relaxed than he feels. We shot it over two early mornings in Barcelona with one actor and a small crew.
What I did
I planned the shots with the director and handled camera and lighting. We combined handheld shots of the run with close-ups of the outfit, the texts and his reactions, using streetlights and a small portable light.
