Communicate clearly and professionally. Harassment, hate, threats, stalking, unwanted sexual conduct, retaliation, deliberate humiliation, and discriminatory treatment are not permitted. Respect other people’s time, boundaries, labour, identity, safety, and decision to decline an opportunity.

Project posts must accurately describe the organiser, project, roles, compensation, usage, location, dates, working conditions, and material expectations so creatives can make informed choices. Do not impersonate another person, fabricate credits, conceal fees, use bait-and-switch terms, or request money or sensitive documents through a misleading opportunity.

Project owners remain responsible for lawful, safe working conditions and appropriate safeguarding. Members must not use Setfolios to facilitate exploitation, trafficking, unsafe intimate work, unlawful discrimination, violence, fraud, or work involving a minor without the permissions, supervision, and protections required by applicable law.

Setfolios does not permit pornography; actual or unsimulated sexual activity; sexual services; fetish or adult entertainment intended primarily for sexual gratification; non-consensual or hidden-camera intimate content; exploitation, coercion, or trafficking; or recruiting talent under 18 for nude or sexualised work. Professional film, TV, fashion, swimwear, lingerie, boudoir, and fine-art projects may include adult nudity or simulated intimacy when the listing is honest about the scope and the production has appropriate age checks, consent practices, closed-set conditions, an intimacy coordinator where appropriate, and other suitable safeguards. A reviewer may check these listings before they go live.

If an adult creative hired for a role will be asked to appear partially or fully nude, the project owner must mark that specific role and describe the known scope in plain, non-graphic language before applications or auditions. The setting is available for every affected role, including performers, models, dancers, presenters, body doubles, and other creatives. A profile preference, application, invitation, audition, shortlist, or hiring decision is never consent to a particular scene, image, recording, or use. The parties remain responsible for discussing and documenting the precise scope, permitted use, working conditions, and appropriate safeguards separately, and for respecting continuing role-specific consent.

Age-appropriate film, editorial, advertising, and other creative work employing performers under 18 is welcome on Setfolios, but a reviewer may check the listing first. Project owners must have the right permits, guardian involvement, supervision, working hours, education arrangements, and any other protections required by law. Anyone asked to appear nude or take part in sexualised content must be 18 or older. This safeguard is based on the performer’s real age, not the stated age of a character. An adult playing a younger character is not automatically prohibited, but every depiction must still be lawful and follow these Guidelines.

Share only information and media you are entitled to use. Do not publish private contact details, confidential materials, non-consensual imagery, another person’s identity documents, or copyrighted work without permission or another valid legal basis. Keep private applications, messages, and project materials within their intended audience.

Use Report project on a public listing, or the available contact channel, when a listing, account, message, or collaboration may violate these standards or create an immediate safety concern. Preserve relevant details, avoid retaliating, and contact local emergency services where someone faces imminent danger. Reports are reviewed in context and may lead to requests for information, removal, or interim restrictions.

Setfolios may remove content, limit visibility, suspend or block accounts, preserve evidence, or permanently remove access when conduct undermines trust, safety, legal compliance, or professional collaboration. Decisions consider severity, evidence, context, repetition, and risk. Where appropriate, members may ask for a decision to be reviewed.
